Entre el est\u00edmulo y la respuesta, como dice Stephen Covey (y otros), existe un espacio de libertad donde desde la conciencia podemos tomar un camino u otro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A la vez, cuando observo los temperamentos psicol\u00f3gicos innatos (descritos por ejemplo por el MBTI) veo que \u201cnuestro cableado de base\u201d nos orienta much\u00edsimo hacia ciertos caminos que nos son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de transitar: la famosa zona de confort.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A algunos les sale organizar el mundo exterior (y curiosamente hay muchos en situaci\u00f3n de mandos en nuestras empresas), a otros les sale entender sin esfuerzo a las otras personas y se encuentran en oficios relacionados con la salud. Tambi\u00e9n hay quien tiene constantemente ideas y disfruta cuando encuentra un sitio donde las puede expresar, pero se muere si se tiene que transformar en un mero ejecutor de tareas (por cierto, esto algunos lo disfrutan much\u00edsimo).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En cambio, otros leen el futuro sin esfuerzo y se encuentran en puestos de alta direcci\u00f3n o trabajan de Pitonisa Lola con o sin bola de cristal. \u00bfSi nac\u00ed con cuerpo de bailarina, podr\u00e9 ser campe\u00f3n\/a de sumo? \u00bfA qu\u00e9 precio? \u00bfO es mejor que me dedique al baile?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como mi nombre indica, no soy gallego\u2026 pero mi respuesta es: depende.<br \/>\nCuando nuestro grado de conciencia est\u00e1 poco desarrollado, \u201cel temperamento\u201d podr\u00e1 con nosotr@s. Buscaremos de manera inconsciente un campo donde nos podamos expresar con facilidad y puede que suframos si no lo encontramos. A veces el condicionamiento que recibimos de nuestros padres va en contra de nuestro tipo: \u201cEntiendo que quieres dedicarte a la m\u00fasica pero primero haz unos estudio serios, cari\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si conseguimos encontrar un lugar, un oficio, unas relaciones adecuadas, disfrutaremos ya que ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil.
