Moi, employ\u00e9, je peux d\u00e9cider de participer ou non aux activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es (je ne suis pas contraint). Dans tous les cas j\u00b4ai l\u00b4opportunit\u00e9 et je suis invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer.
