AD HOC TEAM COACHING

GOALS

This is usually related to the improvement of the relational process of team members to increase productivity and emotional well-being.

GROUP

Natural teams that want to improve their relational process in order to increase their productivity.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT

The ad hoc team cohesion process consists of:

1. Systemic diagnosis of the leader’s needs.

2. Construction of an ad hoc device combining several tools, as needed:

  • Self-knowledge (Enneagram, MBTI®, FIRO®).
  • Group dynamics (Organizational Constellations, The Human Element®).
  • Relational and attitudinal competencies (NLP, Nonviolent Communication, active listening, feedback).

3. Post-session group follow-up with the leader.

DURATION / LANGUAGES

Duration: 1 session of defining objectives with the leader (2/3 hours) + 1 workshop of 16 hours + 1 feedback session with the leader (2/3 hours) + individual follow-up sessions with the participants.
