HOW IS IT DIFFERENT

As an introduction, a disruptive game is played, and work based on the principle of choice.

It combines body, emotional and mental dynamics to increase the degree of consciousness.

Capitalising on the experiences and creativity of the participants to find strategies of resilience.

To propose strategies inspired by the Pain Resilience Program of the University of Pennsylvania.

DURATION / LANGUAGES

Duration: From 5 to 13 hours (depending on the degree of depth) + individual follow-up sessions.
