HOW IS IT DIFFERENT

Through Mindfulness and Yoga, with the full utilization of all resources that the individual has, in order to obtain an emotional and mental balance: physical, breath and relaxation exercises and a centering of the mind.

DURATION / LANGUAGES

Duration: 12 hours (4 sessions of 3 hours).
