Anyone who wishes to increase their level of relaxation.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT

Through Mindfulness and Yoga, relaxation is achieved not only through exercise, but also in a change in attitude that allows maintaining a state of relaxation in oneself and in the environment.

DURATION / LANGUAGES

Duration: 12 hours (4 sessions of 3 hours).
